Yes. Export the point balances from your old app, for example Smile, Rivo or Joy, as a CSV file with each customer's email or Shopify ID and balance. Then contact our support team, and we'll import the balances for you, free of charge. We can also make sure that imported customers don't get the welcome bonus again. Only current balances are moved, not the points history.
