Yes, in both directions:
Alpha Loyalty events start your workflows. Flow is triggered when points are earned, redeemed, deducted, adjusted or about to expire, and when a customer reaches a VIP tier. For example, tag customers when they reach the Gold tier, or send an email through your email app.
Other apps can give points through the "Add points" action. Add it to a workflow with any app or event that Flow supports, and customers get points for your own custom actions. For example, give 100 points when a customer leaves a review in your review app or books a workshop.
