Yes. In On-site → Loyalty page, create a page that explains your program: how to earn points, rewards, VIP tiers and FAQ. You can turn sections on and off, edit texts and add your own CSS. Customers redeem rewards in the loyalty widget, so keep the widget turned on as well.
