Yes. In a VIP program, choose the entry criteria: <b>amount spent, number of orders or points earned</b>. Then add up to 5 tiers with their own thresholds, names and icons. For example, Silver from $200 spent and Gold from $500, or Silver from 3 orders and Gold from 10. Amount spent and number of orders include the customer's order history in Shopify, also from before you installed Alpha Loyalty.
