Yes. Alpha Loyalty adds an "Add points" action to Shopify Flow. Use it in a workflow with any other app or event that Flow supports, and customers get points automatically for your own custom actions. For example, give 100 points when a customer books a workshop through your booking app, or 50 points when an order gets the tag "Recycling". For one-off cases, you can add points by hand.
