Yes. Open a customer in Alpha Loyalty's "Customers" section and use "Adjust points". You can add, subtract or set a balance, for example add 500 points as an apology for a late delivery. Add a note that the customer sees in their points history, or an internal note only for you. You can adjust points for many customers at once, and staff can adjust points in Shopify POS.
