Can I exclude some customers from the loyalty program, like staff or wholesale buyers?

Yes. In "Eligibility by customer tags", you can include or exclude customers by their Shopify customer tags. For example, exclude everyone with the tag "Staff". Excluded customers don't earn or redeem points.
