Yes, as a workaround. Alpha Sale has no separate "Buy X Get Y" campaign type, but you can build these offers with an In-cart product discount. Set a minimum quantity, a limit on how many items get the discount, and Apply discount to → Cheapest items. Example: "Buy 2 get 1 free" is a minimum of 3 items, 1 discounted item, 100% off. The free item is not added to the cart automatically, so the customer adds all the items themselves.
