I added new products, but they weren’t included in my discount campaign. Why?

Price reduction campaigns apply discounts only during activation, deactivation, or refresh.

For example, if the campaign targets a specific collection, discounts are applied to the products in this collection at the time of activation.

If you add or remove products while a discount is active, the discount will not be automatically applied or reverted. To apply discounts to new products or restore original prices for removed products, you need to manually refresh the campaign:
