Alpha Loyalty allows you to fully customize the texts in your Loyalty Widget, giving you the flexibility to communicate your program clearly and in your brand voice.
By default, all texts are in English, but you can translate them into any language to match your audience.
1. General texts
General texts, like buttons and headings, can be updated in Branding → Edit Content.
Use the visual preview editor on the right to click on any module in the widget and see all editable text fields.
2. Rewards and earning methods descriptions
Specific reward or earning method texts are edited within their respective settings, as these are unique to each reward.
3. Program-specific descriptions
Some texts are considered program-specific (for example, the explanations of earning and redemption rules in a points program). These can be customized separately for each program in its settings.
Guest vs signed-in texts
Some of the texts are configured separately for guests and logged-in users, allowing you to tailor messages to each audience.
Use the preview toggle to switch between guest and signed-in modes to see exactly how each view will appear.
Best practices
Keep messages clear and concise.
Use friendly and motivating language to encourage participation and reward redemption.
Highlight key benefits and VIP tier perks prominently to increase engagement.
Regularly review and update texts for seasonal promotions or new rewards.
