For Loyalty Widget to appear on your storefront, Alpha Loyalty app embed must be enabled, granting the needed permissions to the app.
App embed is disabled by default after the app is installed, and in this case you will see a banner notification:
You need to manually enable and save the app embed in your theme editor.
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Find your current theme, and then click Customize.
On the sidebar, click the App embeds icon (or follow this link to get to the app embeds menu)
Find the "Alpha Loyalty embed" and click the toggle to activate it.
Click Save.
