Why am I asked to confirm my subscription after reinstalling the app?
Updated over 2 months ago

When you uninstall and then reinstall our Alpha Sale, you’ll be prompted to confirm the subscription. This step ensures your access to the app is reactivated but does not create additional charges.

Billing scenarios to consider

1. If you’re still within your paid period and want to continue using the app

Confirming the subscription will not incur any extra charges. You will be charged for your next billing cycle just as usual.

Example: If you subscribed to the Alpha Sale Basic plan on September 12, your subscription is active until October 12. Reinstalling and confirming the subscription on October 5 won’t affect your billing, and your next charge will only apply to the new cycle, October 12–November 12.

2. If you’re still within your paid period but don’t want to be charged again

Confirming your subscription won’t result in additional charges — just be sure to uninstall the app again before your paid period ends.

Example: If your current subscription cycle is from September 12 to October 12, reinstalling and confirming the subscription on October 5 won’t affect your billing. Just make sure to uninstall or downgrade Alpha Sale to the Free plan before October 12 to prevent future charges.

3. If you received App Credits or a refund for your subscription

Confirming the subscription won’t lead to extra charges. Just uninstall the app before the end of the refunded subscription cycle to avoid being charged for next subscription cycles.

In Summary

Confirming your subscription after reinstalling reactivates your current plan without adding new charges. If you want to continue using the app, no action is needed. If you don’t want future charges, simply uninstall or downgrade to the Free plan before the end of your billing period.
