You might notice that your Alpha Sale charges arrive at an unexpected time during your subscription period.

This is because all app charges are included in your Shopify invoice.

This means that if your monthly Shopify subscription is billed on the 5th of each month, your invoice will also include your Alpha Sale payment for any subscription activated between the date of this invoice and the 5th of the previous month.

Example: If you subscribed to Shopify on May 5th and to Alpha Sale on May 14th, the invoice you receive from Shopify on June 5th will cover your Alpha Sale subscription from May 14th to June 13th. The invoice on July 5th will cover the period from June 14th to July 13th.
