Announcement bars are an effective way to promote your sales store-wide. Once created and assigned to a specific campaign, they will be displayed on all pages of your website for the duration of the campaign.
Important: Before creating a banner, make sure to enable the Alpha Sale app embed. Without this, your banners will not be displayed.
You can create an announcement bar in two ways:
From the app menu (“Announcement bar” section)
After creating the bar, you’ll need to connect it to one or more campaigns, as the bar will be displayed only when one of the connected campaigns is active.From the campaign’s settings
This option allows you to create an announcement bar directly from the campaign settings, and it will be automatically assigned to that specific campaign.
Customizing your announcement bar
The announcement bar allows for customization. You can:
Enter the desired text.
Choose one of the default colors or set a custom color scheme.
Specify a URL if you want the bar to link to a specific page.
Click "Save."
The bar will be displayed on all pages of your website besides checkout when any of the connected campaigns are active.
