Alpha Sale gives you two ways to show your "Price reduction" discounts at cart and checkout. You can use either one or both together.
Option 1: Show the regular price next to the product
Turn on the "Show regular price in cart and checkout" toggle in the app's settings.
The regular (compare-at) price will appear right next to the product on both the cart and the checkout, so customers can see exactly how much they're saving on each item.
Previously, this kind of checkout customization required a Shopify Plus plan. Now you just need to flip the toggle.
Option 2: Show the total savings with a savings widget
The savings widget displays the total amount saved across all items in the cart — both sale prices and any applied coupons or automatic discounts.
Note that the savings widget appears on the cart page only and doesn't show in cart drawers.
Using both together
The two options complement each other:
The toggle shows the original price per product, so the discount is visible on each line.
The widget shows the combined savings across the whole cart.
You can enable both for the most complete picture of your customers' savings.
